I don't even know how should I go with this... Firstly I only suggest watching it if you're having a really random day or you like weird stuff because this is one heck of a masterpiece of weirdness :D
But it was really funny to watch and it might be good to show other to confuse them about what anime is all about. I really liked the drawing style and how it changes along the way. I ain't sure if there is a story line but what ever that was it changes faster then you can think about it.
